"Insul feat Ferramenta"
In collaboration with the guys from Ferramenta, the famous wine bar and bistro in the historic center of Palermo, the Beach Club offers its guests a synergistic offer of entertainment and gastronomy.
The partnership features Chef Salvatore Termine from Insula and Chef Ivan Spitaleri from Ferramenta who will expertly curate a selection of dishes, while the art of mixology will be entrusted to bartender Alessio Gioia.
To complete the atmosphere, the music of DJ Marcello Leone with his exclusive sets will guarantee continuous rhythm throughout the evening.
The dates to mark on the calendar are:
Friday 2 August,
Friday 30 August
Wednesday 21 September.

Insula beach club's themed aperitifs
The dates to mark on your calendar are:
August 9 with a Wine tasting from the five Planeta estates paired with three courses from the chef
August 23 with "Grill and reds of the sea", that is, Insula's barbecue with a tasting of red wines from the coast
