- Rules and accessibility
  - Small pets are welcome
  - 1 beach wheelchair for disabled people in the sand&street version available.
  - Entry days must always be agreed with our reservation office.
  - Entrances are nominative and cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Cancellation Policy
  - The cancellation without penalty can be made up to 48 hours before the date of the service.
  - For cancellations made one day before (24 hours before), 50% of the entire amount will be charged as a penalty.
  - For cancellations less than 24 hours and/or non-arrival of customers (No Show), 100% of the entire service will be charged as a penalty.
  - Children's rate: from 0 to 3 years free from 4 to 10 years reduced admission €20/day with director's chair.
